Every serious off-road vehicle needs a sturdy frame to be able to handle the strain of a tough trail. It also needs great ground clearance, long-travel suspension, and a set of large off-road biased tires. Most stock Jeeps offer some but not all of these features.

That’s why we designed the Helix CJ8 Frame. It will turn your CJ8 into a rock-crawling machine.

The Finer Details

This is not just another generic Jeep frame. It has been custom-designed from the highest-quality materials to handle even the toughest trails. It is set up to accommodate GM LS engines, an Atlas driver drop transfer case, and the GM 4L80E transmission. This frame is manufactured to the highest standards including:

  • A CNC Mandrel Bent Frame
  • CNC Laser Cut Brackets
  • Completely Hand Welded Frame And Brackets

The basic frame comes with all the necessary suspension, steering box, and grille mounts to allow you to add your personal touch. It is designed to work with long-arm suspension only and will clear 37-inch tires with no fender mods.

  • Made out of 3×4 3/16″ steel rectangle tubing

Redesigned Rear Bumper Tire Carrier Receiver Hitch

  • Now constructed of 3/16th plate that is laser cut, bent, and welded
  • Incorporates Class 3 receiver hitch
  • Will take tires up to 40-inches in size

TDK Rock Bumper

  • Made out of 2×4 3/16″ steel rectangle tubing
  • If purchased with a frame, it will be welded to the frame
  • If purchased without a frame, you have the option of bolt-on or weld-on mounting
