Description
Our TDK YJ Steering Box Bracket is designed to fit 1987-1995 Wrangler YJs. Our Steering Box Bracket will move the steering gear 1″ forward and has a 1″ offset so the tie rod and drag link are not on top of each other. There are no modifications required to the factory steering shaft, although, heating up the steering shaft and melting the plastic may be required to allow the steering shaft to move further out. TDK’s bracket is made from welded, gusseted, 3/8″ plate steel to prevent cracking.
