Description
We are proud to present our newest variation of our Helix Series Frames – The 1966-1977 Ford Bronco Coilover Helix Frame. This frame is built to take your Bronco to the next level, offering a modernized suspension setup whether you are doing a Resto-Mod Build or a dedicated Trail Rig!
Bronco Helix Frame Manufacturing Process:
-Frame is CNC Mandrel Bent using 2″x4″ Rectangular wall A500 Tubing.
-All Brackets are CNC Laser Cut using 3/16″ and 1/4″ PNO Steel Plate.
-The Frame and all Brackets are Hand Welded in Moore, MT.
The Bronco Helix Frame is based on our Coyote Bronco Frame, which is 2 inches wider than stock. With that we also built in a 2″ body lift. Both of these adjustments are made to gain extra clearance for the 5.0 Coyote Motor that is becoming the most common powerplant choice for builds like this one.
We ditched the factory Coil Spring and leaf spring setups and designed our own 3-Link w/ Track Bar Front Suspension as well as a 4-Link Setup for the rear. While packaging was tight, we were still able to incorporate Front and Rear Sway-Bars and Hydraulic Bump Stops on all 4 Corners. All of these components are connected to Stock-Width Axles; however, other configurations can be achieved.

-Factory ’66-’77 Ford V8 Powerplant OR Ford 5.0 Coyote Swap.
-Factory ’66-’77 Drivetrain OR other “Kustom” configurations.

-Bump Stop Mounts.

-Steering Box Mount.

TDK Front Upper and Lower Control Arms.
-Upper is Constructed of 1 3/4″ .120 Wall DOM.
-Lowers are Constructed of 2″ .250 Wall DOM.
-Both Include Currie Johnny Joints, Currie Jam Nuts, Bolts, and Metal Lock Nuts.
Steering Linkage.
-Includes Tie Rod Ends and Jam Nuts.
TDK Front Track Bar.
-Constructed of 1 1/2″ .250 Wall DOM and 1 3/8″ .250 Wall DOM.
-Includes Currie Johnny Joints and Currie Jam Nuts.
TDK Rear Upper and Lower Control Arms.
-Uppers are Constructed of 1 3/4″ .120 Wall DOM.
-Lowers are Constructed of 2″ .250 Wall DOM.
-Both Include Currie Johnny Joints, Currie Jam Nuts, Bolts, and Metal Lock Nuts.
TDK Front Axle Brackets for Factory Dana 44.
TDK Rear Axle Brackets for Tom’s Offroad Fab-9 Housing.
King 2.5/3.0 10″ Remote Reservoir Coilovers (4) Anodized Black/Blue *Coil Spring Not Included*.

Note:
Will Clear a 35″ Tire with little to no trimming required. (Trimming will also be dependent on wheel offset and backspacing.)
Firewall trimming may be required depending on what Powertrain Package you choose.
Front Fender trimming is REQUIRED for front Coilover Mounts. We have a predesigned Template to aid in doing such.
All mentioned options are configurations that we currently have designed and have produced. If other configurations are desired, don’t hesitate in reaching out to achieve your “Kustom” build!
